Refund & Exchange Policy

At Anime india, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction, and we understand that sometimes an exchange or return is necessary. Below are the terms and conditions governing our exchange and return process.

Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchange: You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate the process, simply log into your account and follow the instructions outlined below.

2. Delivery Service: We rely on trusted third-party delivery partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, and DTDC for shipping. Please note that there are charges for reverse pickup and re-delivery. As these are two-way charges, we kindly ask our customers to cover one-way shipping costs, amounting to ₹100.
3. Sale Items: Products purchased during sales are non-exchangeable.
4. Exchange Process:
    a. Log in to your account and navigate to the “Contact Us” section.
    b. Create a ticket with details of your exchange request.
    c. Upon receipt and successful quality check of your returned product at our warehouse, we will process the replacement order. You will receive tracking details once the new product is shipped. For non-serviceable pin-codes: If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, we request you to self-ship the product to us, and the replacement product will be sent once the return is processed.
5. Exchanging After an Exchange: Once an exchange has been completed, no further exchanges or refunds will be applicable to that order.

Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Return: We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, and are happy to replace your order for any of the following reasons:
    • The product is flawed.
    • The product you received is different from the product originally represented on our site.
Please contact us with a photo of the product you received along with detail shots you wish to include. We will use this information to look into a          replacement and prevent future errors. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge. For all other requests please contact us. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address.
Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. Please allow 3-5 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear.
Any unauthorized returns, or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.
2. Non-Returnable Products: Certain product categories, including but not limited to, stationery items (stickers, posters, collage kits, framed posters, keychains, shorts), cannot be returned.
3. Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping: We offer reverse pickup services for most pincodes. If your area is non-serviceable, we request that you self-ship the product to us. The return shipping cost will be credited back to your store wallet.
4. Refund Process:
    a. For returns due to manufacturing defects, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid via COD, we will require your account details to process the refund.
    b. COD and delivery charges are non-refundable.
5. Return Rejection: We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items are not in their original condition or if all packaging is not included.
6. Return after 3 Days: While we strive to offer a seamless experience, we understand that some situations may prevent you from meeting the 3-day return window. Please reach out to our customer support team, and we will work with you to find a solution.

Shipping & Tracking

 1. Delivery Time:
    a. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours.
    b. Estimated delivery: 7-14 days across India. COD orders may take an additional 24-48 hours to process.
2. Undelivered Orders: If your prepaid order is undelivered and returned to us, we will process a refund in the form of store credit, which will be available in your Anime india account within 48-72 hours.
3. Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can also track your order directly through your account by navigating to the “Orders” section and selecting “Track Order.”
4. Shipping Charges:
    a. Free shipping for orders above ₹1999 within India.
    b. A nominal shipping charge depending on the product applies to orders below ₹1999. The minimum order value for eligible shipping is ₹199 (excluding GST).

Order and Payment

1. Payment Deduction without Order Confirmation: If you encounter an issue where payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, please send us a screenshot of the payment to [email protected]. Our team will resolve this promptly.
2. Faster Delivery: We work with our shipping partners to use air shipping whenever possible to ensure fast delivery. However, factors like location, logistics, and carrier availability affect delivery times, and we currently do not offer services like guaranteed one-day delivery. If such expedited options become available in the future, we will notify eligible customers based on their pin code.
3. Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, simply go to the “My Orders” section in your account. The option to cancel will be available only before your order is shipped. If you face any issues, please contact [email protected], and we will assist you.
4. Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email, SMS, or WhatsApp notification with the confirmation details and your order ID.
5. Tracking Order Status: To track your order, log in to your account and navigate to the “My Orders” section. You will be able to see the status of both current and past orders. Once your order ships, you’ll receive notifications via email, SMS, and WhatsApp. For any urgent requests or order delays, please contact [email protected].
6.  Adding Products to an Existing Order: If you’d like to add products after placing an order, we recommend placing a new order separately.
